This snowshoe system includes snowshoes and an integrated boot that snaps into the snowshoes.  I attended a snowshoe event last winter where you could try several different brands of snowshoes and this was by far my favorite.  It's much more light weight than other snowshoes and short enough so that I wasn't kicking a lot of snow up on myself.  The snap in boot is great - no straps to fiddle with, just click in like skis.  The flight boot kept my foot super warm - you can even just wear it over your tennis shoes and it'll keep your foot dry - no heavy snow...
