I would like to tell you my Dell horror story.
The first week in March, 2009, I called support and was told I needed a new motherboard. The technician came out the next week to replace the motherboard and my laptop was worse than before. I was told I had to send my laptop back to Dell. Now, I travel for work and am in a different city every week. I informed the tech that before my laptop was shipped back that someone would need to call me to verify which city I would be in; the tech said he would put a note on my account.
