    The iPod is an amazing product.  It not only outshines all the competition, but it sets the bar for years to come.  The ONLY down side to owning an iPod is the proprietary software that only allows music to be put on the iPod and not taken off.  Other than that I cannot find a single thing to complain about.  The sound quality is great, the video capability is fascinating, and the size is perfect.  I can't wait to see what Apple comes out with next.  Keep up the good work!
