Be sure to shake this before using. Takes off my waterproof mascara pretty well. That's all I use it for. It ran down my face so I took some toilet paper and wiped it off. On my way to school my face felt like it was hardening. I look in the mirror and the make-up remover left this yucky residue on my face. I was unprepared so I had to use my spit to remove it! GROSS Just please be sure to wet a towel or something to wipe off the excess. Proud to say this item is tear free though.
