WOW!  I would have thought the biggest loser videos would only be for beginners.  I am a triathlete who is in pretty good condition, but I have to say, this tape beat me up a little.  the constant movement and strength moves are really incredible.  bob is fantastic at motivating you to push forward.  I can't remember the last time I had so much fun just doing a video and keeping myself moving.  You can, as always, up the pace or down the pace depending on your level.  I did not have to up my pace more than they were though.  all in all, I give this workout an enthusiatic THUMBS UP.  Now...

    Hi,
I read your review of the life core 985vg elliptical because I am thinking of getting one. I am also athletic and small 5'4" and 115 lb. If you don't mind me asking, how often do you use it, and for how long, and at what resistance level? Also, how long have you had it now and is it still working perfectly without any problems. I'm used to the life fitness ellipticals whose pedals are only about 3.5" apart when I tried a 985vg out at a store the pedals are almost 7" apart and I felt like I was rocking from side to side as I used it. Since you are a small person do you feel like you are rocking left and right as you use it?

    Thank you,
    Dan
