Silpat baking mats allows you to bake effortlessly. You don't have to worry about your baked goods sticking and cleanup is so quick. Saves me money also since I'm not using as much foil to line my pans. With foil, you use it once or twice and then it goes in the garbage. With the Silpat baking mats, you can use them over and over again. With careful cleaning and storage, these mats last a long time.
