I have tried three flavors of Soy Joy and was moderately impressed. If you enjoy snacks containing soy protein, you might like this product. If not, you may not like the taste so much. These were my pros and cons:
Pros:
Healthy, quick snack on the go
Good variety of flavors, all three I tried were tasty
High in protein, no hydrogenated fats
Cons:
Slightly dry
Contains saturated fat (butter)
Moderately high calories for a very small bar (140 calories per serving)
