I bet my deal was better than your deal!
I now hate WD. They are incompetent at Customer Service and they really screw the customer over.
My power cord on this product went out and they charged 18 bucks including shipping to send me half of the cord. That "half" power cord took 5-7 days to arrive. AND they only sent it in a cheap padded envelop.
One Star is too much for this particular product experience.
Granted, I had the same problem with their competitor Seagate, and they sent me everything for free in 2 days with excellent communication and in a foam padded box with international attachments. They actually cared about me...
