Problems with the model made it harder to love

This is a nice TV for the price but we have had to send ours back twice because of mechanical problems. The customer service was inconsistant. One representative demanded that we pay for the return shipping plus $20 for new packing material. We had friends who had the same problem with their TV and Olevia just sent them another one without charging for shipping or materials. We had to baragain with them to send another TV an return shipping label. One agent was really rude about it.
