Nature Made Fish Oil Omega 3 Vitamins

The best Vitamin I have found

I first purchased Nature made Fish oil on the advice of my Physician. She did not specifically recommend Nature made brand but I have tried others and none has come close to Nature made. It is the brand that I found to be good for me. I take a 1200mg Fish oil capsule every morning. It helps keep me healthy and everyone tells me my hair looks very healthy. I can only think it must be from the Fish Oil capsule.
