    This is my first touch screen phone and the Instinct is everything I could have hoped for it to be. At first I didn't think I would get the hang of it, but that is because I did not read the directions, so read the directions! Made my life a lot easier. There are so many possibilities that are included with the basic plan, my husband loves watching tv life, it even has the NFL channel. I love the navigation and getting email through my phone. I wonder what I did without it. I highly recommend it!
