I only have one negative thing to say about this phone. After you send a text or do anything in the menu, you have to use the back or end button to return to the main screen on the phone. Most phones will return back to the main screen if you just sit the phone down after what ever you were doing. However, I am used to a flip phone and when you close any flip phone it returns to the main screen on its own. This is something I am sure I will get used to.
