I wouldnt recommend Greendot to my worse enemy. I'd advise any and everyone to NEVER use it and if you do, get your money out now while you can. I started using Greendot when it first came out. Didnt use it often, just to fastly receive money from relatives in other locations. Thought it was easier and cheaper than the money transfer services. Well. I guess Greendot got greedy and desperate because 2 of my accounts and accounts from a couple of my friends, whom Id recommend to GD, got frozen. They gave nonsense reasons for taking our money.
