Stay away from CCO Mortgage!!! Their customer service is non-existent. Their local "Charter One Bank" branches do not have mortgage representatives in the branches to assist you anymore. Therefore, when a situation arises with your mortgage, you will be on the phone being prompted by a computer for 15 minutes before speaking with a real person.
