I have owned this Lexmark  X1185 PRINTRIO for several years, and all I've had to do is run nozzle cleaner after every ink cartridge replacement. I copies and scans perfectly, prints photo quality documents and pictures, is very easy to use, the cartridges are inexpensive and readily available, and it's extremely rugged. I dropped mine as I was removing it from the shipping box and dropped it-upside down- from about three feet onto a hardwood floor.Still worked perfectly!
