We had our mortgage with Everhome for many years. We were able to pay the mortgage off at the beginning of this year..2009. We never once had a problem with them in any way. I feel that often times complaints are made toward companies that are not only unfounded but complaints because they expected "special" services or were delinquint in their payments. When I called the home office to obtain a copy of our loan being paid off, they immediately took care of it and the gentleman whom I spoke with actually congratulated us as he knew I was ecstatic.
