As far as customer service goes, they take a little bit, but if you are persistent with them, you will get want you want. I have had to make several calls to customer service for charges that shouldn't have occurred on my bill, once they realized that I was serious about the charges they removed them. The phones that they have available are excellent. They offer really good coverage even in those rural areas. I just recently traveled 900 miles from my home and was still able to use my phone.
