This is a great little phone and is a surprising improvement over the model that it replaced! My not quite 2 year old LG phone "died" 2 months before I was due to replace it so I headed for the Verizon store for help. They very kindly let me upgrade at the time (after examining my deceased phone to check for "user error"!) and I headed right over to the flashy new, copper-colored KRAZR that I had been coveting.
