So in the past month and a half i've gained about 15lbs due to medication i was on and was recently taken off of them but of coarse the  weight has yet to go. I'm orginally 130lbs but have ballooned to 145lbs. I exercise and eat healthy being a vegeterian but i needed an extra boost of energy while working out which these pills have given me. I just started taking the pills today (6/5/09) and they seem to be working i haven't been craving anything but water. I think this is a great and affordable product and would recommend it to anyone.
