    I wasn't sure what to expect, but Horton Hears a Who was fun and entertaining. Like Alvin and the Chipmunks (which I LOVED!), this is a kids' movie you can watch without the kids! For those of us who read it to our kids innumerable times, seeing the characters come to life interpreted by the animators is a real treat. They have been very true to the way I pictured it in my mind (and tried to paint the images for my kids). It will be fun to watch on DVD, but the theatre experience is worth it.
