Netwinner no longer pays anyone. They cheated countless numbers of people out of the all the ecount cards they cashed in for over a 6 month period. Thay had one excuse after the next about what was taking so long, promised over and over that the payouts would get caught up- and then suddenly took all those payouts back and replaced them with worthless points. Stay away!
