I went on weight watchers and lost 35 lbs. This is not a diet at all. They teach you a way of living. Living with all the food during the holidays and special occasions. I can basically eat what ever I want in moderation, just count the points.  I would recommend this to anyone, it really teaches you how to be healthy not hungry.
