We feed our parrots a primary diet of Harrison's Bird Food. They love the Cayenne Pepper variety. It is so much healthier than any type of seed fortified diet and there is no mess. They actually eat it instead of throwing it around. Of course we always give our munchkins fresh fruit and veggies as well, but they love their healthy Harrison's.
