I ordered steaks from Omaha Steaks for an engagement party I was having for my daughter. Her future in-laws were big beef folks from North Dakota. The steaks arrived in plenty of time and they were fantastic. There was one steak in the bunch that I ordered that did not meet my expectations. I called and asked if I could return it. They told me to keep the steak but they would give me a credit for the entire order. They stand behind their products 100%. I have since ordered from them several times and have been completly satisfied.
