The best book out of South Africa on black consciousness!

Steve Biko's life was cut all-too-short through the evils of apartheid when he was killed by South African security forces in September, 1977. Now, more than 30 years later, the impact of his life continues through his writings, and "I Write What I Like" is a compilation of many of his writings on black consciousness. I picked the book up back in the mid-1980s in Logos, a Christian bookstore in Kenmore Square in Boston.
