I enjoy shopping at Target for the most part. They have more unique items than time you can find in most mass merchants. Every time I shop there, I find myself wishing they had layaway, since their prices are typically higher (because the quality is there).
Their customer service desk leaves a lot to be desired. They tend to make me feel like a criminal for makingĀ a return. The 2 non-receipt returns per year at a max of 19.99 each is ridiculous! I don't understand why the price limit when you have to spend the merchandise credit in their store anyway.
