I "inherited" USAA from my dad, and never got how great it is until I banked at some other places. The service is really wonderful, always helpful, always professional. I've used two insurance products over the years: renter's insurance, and auto insurance. Thankfully, I've never had an accident or any home related claims, but my parents and sisters have had serious car accidents in the past, and USAA was prompt, helpful, and took care of all necessary calls and investigations without making anyone feel like they were a nuisance for making a claim.
