I enjoy a good Hibatchi restaurant but I don't like paying the high price that so many cost. Pretty much they all put on the same type of knife and cooking show, give or take a few tweaks. The food also is the same give or take in their offerings. Some offer a little more variety and some a bit less.
When I first came to the Raleigh area I missed a good Hibatchi restaurant to I looked through the phonebook and I looked online for some places and information on different ones. I finally settled on Fujisan in Raleigh out in Briercreek.
