Going FedEx? I'd think twice about that.

I live in Hayward, California, and I try hard to not get FedEx to deliver packages when I place orders online. This is only the second time, but it is even worse than the first. I live in an apartment complex, and instead of coming to my apartment, they assume I'm not home, and go straight the the manager's office to frop it off... I don't even know until I either check with the manager, or she calls me the next day letting me know about it.

This time, they didn't even do that. They marked it as "4:17PM - Customer not available, or company closed". I was home ALL day! no knock on the door, no call... read full review »
