Store is fine but salespeople lack people skills.

Store is new and super clean. However the salespeople haven't figured out how to do returns very well yet. I have heard they try to ring items up that aren't even yours. They also seem super annoyed when you shop with your children. They've been seen following customers around with children glaring at them (and overheard saying things to children). Since this is a store for customers of all ages it would seem to their benefit to not repel customers with children. Hint: That might explain your lack of customers.
