I ordered my products , couple dvd sets, 92 bucks on Feb 6,2009. I still have not gotten it , and to make matters worse there is a deliv confirm that has not been activiated. This tells me that Ecampus basically has a box but does not have my product yet. Why can't all companies like Amazon, Deep discount, LL BEAN,Blair and some others, only charge you when they get product shipped. I already contacted my cc, but I will not do business with this company again. I digress , Customer Service keeps telling me they have 30 days than they will refund me. Horrible service and if they did right by me...
