I shop on-line frequently for all types of items. Sears.com has a great selection in many areas, however, their on-line ordering system could use some much needed updating and simplifying. For someone who orders so much on-line as I do, I find that Sears has a rather confusing ordering process. They also need to VASTLY improve their return items tracking system. Several items that I had ordered as Christmas gifts needed to be returned for credit. I am still waiting to have that matter resolved.
