    Twin States Network is a small non-profit in Brattleboro, VT that provides peer support for people infected or affected by HIV or Hepatitis C. The organization is easy to get help from. The peer leaders really know their stuff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Also - the organization runs retreats for women, for heterosexuals with HIV and a camp for impacted kids. This little organization has helped save lives.
