We had Tennessee Farm Bureau for years and had no problems until we had a claim on our house. We suffered some hail damage and EVERY single house around us and behind us got new roofs and gutters because of the hail damage. TFB came out and said and I kid you not that it wasn't hail damage on our house it was FOOT TRAFFIC. I'm not making this up people! It's a steep roof and unless my neighbors are having block partys on my house without my knowledge nobody is hanging out on my roof.
