I had always dear Maytag washers were the best. Well, I purchased one and it kept being off balance. Of course the repairman came 2 or 3 times then decided it needed new legs. To replace the legs, he would have had to take out the complete motor, ie, all the inside of the washer. Having just bought this and not wanting it taken apart for fear of other problems developing and after much arguing with Sears they replaced it with a newer model. The first wash load with the newest one, well the drain hose came off flooding my utility room, breakfast nook, bathroom and kitchen! Not happy! ...
