It took all of 8 hours for this stuff to make me so sick that I ended up losing the 10lbs plus more but unfortunately it was because it made me violently vomit and have diarrhea.  After reading the contents I decided to try it on a Friday thinking that if there were any internal cleansing effects I would be home and not at work by the time it would kick in. The sugar content was so high that I had a headache about 2 hours after I had the first drink.  The taste wasn't too bad but by the third and last drink it, I think cod liver oil would have tasted better.   By Saturday all I could do is...
