I was a Boca Java customer for close to a year and did enjoy the coffee, but the customer service was extremely poor, along with supporting their "member claims". My first problem with their service had to do with never receiving the free sample that was supposed to come with each shipment. When I contacted the customer service via email regarding this, they merely repeated my email back to me. When I questioned it again, they gave me the directions on how to get the free sample.
