The DS lite is a wonderful little gadget that places the power of the older consoles in the palm of your hand, then adds a touch screen for good measure. While not all games use the touch screen, its a nice feature to have, while the overhead screen allows for more information to be displayed while your playing, such as an area map or stats on the last creature you faced.
