    The KitchenAid Stand Mixer works so well! Cookies that I have made with many different mixers never mixed as easily as they do with this mixer.  I would have to use a spatula to get all the ingredients to mix completely, but with this mixer I don't need to do that anymore. I usually don't need to use a spatula at all even to scrape the sides.  The large bowl makes doubling and tripling recipes much easier than other mixers I have used.  It's also very easy to clean.  Food wipes oof easily.  If you love cooking and baking as I do this is a very helpful appliance to have.
