recieved this MP3 player as a gift.  Well the menu buton fell off after about 2 weeks of usage.  Went to the website for customer support and got a run around of web circles.  So I then did some research and found that this same model has had this problem for many users.  I made an inccident ticket on thier website and recieved a reply of

"I am sorry that there is a problem with your MP3 player. The best thing to do in this situation is to return it to the place of purchase and exchange your unit for another. If that is not possible, and if it is still within the manufacturer's 12-month warranty...
