I purchased my Sleep Number Bed about 2 1/2 years ago. The first year the remote control stopped working which was replaced under warranty. After 2 years one side would loose about 1/2 of its air every 2 - 3 days. I called the company for help, but had to self diagnose it. They do not have someone to check it for you. After 3 - 4 calls they said I needed a new pump. My cost (20%) would be $158. I was told to get it now because each year the cost goes up.
