The united miles card provided by Chase is a complete ripoff. 60 dollars a year... what is the point of having a credit card that provides "rewards" that you have to pay for. Especially now days when there are plenty of credit cars out there that have cash rewards and NO annual fee. My wife has this card and we are going to cancel it tomorrow. She has had this card for 4 years now and just recently made her first late payment. She had tried to get the fee reversed and was told that "we have no option to do that for you". 4 years, never a late payment, 240.00 dollars of accumulated fees... i return...
