The Gateway MX6421 laptop is an okay overall laptop, but it has some annoying tendencies. First of all it take 5-10 minutes for it to be able to be used (for instance to go on the internet). Second its disk tray pops open for no reason at all or if I slightly bump it. It can be very sluggish and often its fan revs up and is very noisy for 5-20 minutes. On the upside is that I've had it for 3 or 4 years and have never had any huge problems (excluding the viruses I've gotten, but they've all been easy to remove).
