My only beef with MyPoints is that they offer you points by making your purchases through the links on their website, yet the links all too often don't work.
Unfortunately their customer service is pretty poor as well. No one ever seems to read the actual email you send and instead they send you boiler-plate replies that rarely address what you are asking/complaining about.
If they could fix the glitches in the links so that you could reliably use their site the way they want you too and take the time to provide actual responses/resolutions... read full review »
