I bought a brand new Acer Aspire 5515-5875 laptop shortly after Christmas of 2008. My girlfriend's laptop finally died, it was a Dell and I never liked it, always ran slow and gave us problems. So we went out to Wal-Mart and found the Acer on sale for $400. It has all the features I need. Internet is super-fast using Comcast high speed with a wireless router. My girlfriend uses it mostly for storing and editing pictures. I use it for internet and gaming. It has never run slow and has been by far better than any of my previous computers.
