Many years ago I had several Coach bags. After a problem with customer service I stopped buying this brand. I had a problem where I had a Coach bag with a strap that broke after my second use of it. Knowing that it had a lifetime warranty I did not rush out to deal with the problem. By the time I remembered this problem and contacted Coach, they were no longer honoring their previous lifetime warranties.
