I have recently started using a flat iron. I ahve long frizzy unruly grey hair. I have tried other products that are suppose ot help protect hair formt eh heat of a flat iron but none worked as well as this! My hair is thin and I normally wash it everyday. I use the Turn up the heat by Beyond The Zone after I get done towel drying my hair and before I blow dry it. The I spray a couple of sprays on my dry hair before I am going to use the flat iron. I get protection fomr both the blow drying and the flat iron from one product. It takes a small amount and it goes very far.I buy it  from Sallys...
