I can not wait to try this work out video. The only thing that I see as a down fall is the price of all the sessions. I really can't afford it. One of my friends is doing this because her husband is in the coast guard and this is the program that they are using. They work out together. Sweet right. Anyways she just had a baby a couple of months ago and is ready for her old body back. Shes only been doing this for a couple of weeks and I can already see results. Be careful though because this sounds really intense. She almost passed out after a session.
