I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for one of my daughters. She works full time and attends college full time at night. She has prepared three meals in her new crock pot since receiving it. And each meal was delightfuly delicious. After sampling each of her meals, I went right back to the store I purchased hers from and bought one of my own. My husband and I are healt conscience eaters and I have prepared 2 meals. What I love about this product is the convenience of cooking my meat, starch and vegetable's together .
