— I've had my Blue by American Express card for several years now. I used to pay it off monthly but have had to carry a balance for a couple of years now. I pay the minimum or more each month. — — I missed my payment due date a time or two causing my interest rate to go up, but with one call explaining the situation they put it back down to my now current under 11%. I have had some fraudulent charges show up on my card and with one simple phone call the charge is removed.
